Solutions can be found in One Thousand Exercises in Probability. The more I read the book, the more I appreciate it.
Emphasis is on modelling rather than abstraction and there are new sections on sampling and Markov chain Monte Carlo, renewal-reward, queueing networks, stochastic calculus, and option pricing in the Black-Scholes model for financial markets. Oxford University Press; 3 edition August 2, Language: For example in the book, the Central Limit Theorem which is used in Monte Carlo Simulation for generating draws from a probability distribution only has a few lines of proof.
One does not need to waist a lot of time to read through and understand.
